Salesforce done the way senior RevOps leaders wish it was done the first time.

Apex, LWCs and real integrations — not just declarative hacks that collapse the first time requirements change. We implement and extend Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, and we clean up the mess someone else left behind.

02 / Clouds

Clouds we live in. Every day.

Deep on the clouds that run the revenue org. We don't pretend to be experts in everything Salesforce ships — because nobody is.

01 REVENUE

Sales & CPQ

  • Sales Cloud end-to-end
  • Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
  • Opportunity & forecast hygiene
  • Pipeline automation with Flow
  • Einstein lead scoring
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
02 SERVICE

Service & Experience

  • Service Cloud (omni-channel)
  • Experience Cloud portals
  • Field Service lite implementations
  • Case routing & SLA engines
  • Knowledge base & deflection
  • CSAT & surveys
03 BUILD

When declarative runs out

  • Apex & Lightning Web Components
  • Managed package development
  • REST / SOAP / Platform Events
  • Salesforce ↔ Odoo / ERP sync
  • DevOps (SFDX, CI/CD, scratch orgs)
  • Performance & governor-limit tuning
03 / Methodology

How a Salesforce engagement actually runs.

Whether we're building greenfield or cleaning up what someone else left behind — the phases are the same. Only the first one changes shape.

01

Org audit 1–2 wks

Existing org? We run Health Check, map the object model, profile the Apex, count unused fields, find the 400-line Flows nobody touches. Greenfield? We validate the process, not the buzzwords.

02

Blueprint 2 wks

Object model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing), automation ownership map, integration contract. Signed off before a field is created.

03

Build 6–10 wks

Scratch orgs per feature. Apex test coverage > 80%, real assertions. CI runs on every PR. Sandbox refreshes aren't a production incident.

04

Data & cutover 2 wks

Migration scripts versioned. Duplicate rules enforced. Three UAT rounds. Deployment via SFDX, not change sets.

05

Adopt & extend ongoing

Admin training. CoE playbooks. Then — admin-as-a-service at a predictable monthly rate, or a clean handoff.

04 / Credentials

The badge wall. No fluff.

Eight engineers. Eleven individual certifications across the team.
